During the existence of this Policy, if the insured suffers from bodily injuries caused by any external accidental means, then the Company shall be liable to pay the insured or his/her legal representative.
Insanity attempted suicide or suicide.
No cover if the insured had been under the influence of narcotics or liquor.
Death or disability is occurring during pregnancy or childbirth.
Any criminal breach of law by the insured or engagement in dangerous sports, as listed in the Policy.
Exposure to war and/or nuclear perils.
Contraction of any illnesses associated with HIV/AIDS.
