When do I get my policy documents if I buy it online?

The hard copy of your policy will be sent to you by mail and could take up to 7 days to reach you. However, we will also send you a soft copy of your international travel insurance policy. This will reach your inbox immediately after you make the payment for the policy. You can then take a printout and carry it with you. This will serve as a legally valid document and will suffice in the event of a claim.
